During the 1950's in Korea, "M*A*S*H" stands for Mobile Army Surgical Hospital and follows the daily trials, tribulations, and distractions of the American doctors and officers as they perform surgery under fire, passing the time just miles from the front lines of the Korean Conflict. Led by Captains Hawkeye Pierce and Trapper John McIntyre, they remove themselves emotionally by adding chaos and sarcasm to any situation.
